Learning Program
Interview
Techniques
Six focused sessions covering everything from first impressions to salary conversations.

Six sessions, one clear thread
Each session builds on the previous one. You leave with a working understanding of interview mechanics — not just generic tips, but specific patterns interviewers use and how to respond to them.
The program runs online, so participants join from Poltava and surrounding areas without rearranging their schedule.
How interviews are structured
Different formats — phone screens, panel interviews, case interviews — and what each one is actually testing.
Behavioral questions
The STAR method in practice: building answers that are specific and honest, not rehearsed-sounding.
Technical and role-specific rounds
Approaching problem-solving questions with clarity. Thinking out loud without losing the interviewer.
Reading the room
Signals interviewers give, when to ask clarifying questions, and how to adjust pacing in real time.
Salary and terms
When to raise numbers, how to anchor expectations, and what to do when the first offer arrives.
Mock interview with feedback
A full practice round with a peer group, followed by structured critique from the session lead.

The seminar format, explained plainly
Sessions run twice a week, 90 minutes each. The format is discussion-heavy by design — about 40 minutes of structured input, the rest peer exchange and Q&A.
Groups stay small, around 12 participants. It makes a difference: you get actual feedback, not just a chance to listen.
Online, synchronous sessions
All sessions are live, not recorded lectures. Participation and real-time exchange are part of the learning.
Peer discussion component
Each session includes structured group work. Participants share scenarios from their own interview history.
Session materials included
Worksheets, question banks, and reference guides accompany each session and remain accessible after.
